Albertsons Companies is seeking a Meat Department Manager in Maine to lead daily operations, ensure freshness and safety, and drive customer satisfaction. You will oversee production, merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling in a fast‑paced retail meat department.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily Meat Department operations to meet service, quality, and financial expectations.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused environment and respond to customer inquiries and special orders.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities including preparation, packaging, stocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure displays are stocked, rotated, labeled, and maintained to company standards.
• Implement promotional and seasonal programs as scheduled.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature, and regulatory requirements.
• Review production results and adjust activities to support yield and profitability goals.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, shrink, reclamation, and departmental expenses.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas including preparation rooms, coolers, freezers, display cases, and equipment
• Schedule, train, coach, and oversee associates to ensure coverage and performance expectations
• Complete and maintain required documentation including logs, reports, and audits

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily Meat Department operations to meet service, quality, and financial expectations
