Job summary

North State Grocery is seeking a dedicated team member for its Holiday Market location in Auburn, CA. The role involves world famous friendly customer service, meat cutting and wrapping, inventory management, and working with vendors.

You will be responsible for taking orders, stocking the meat counter, and supporting the department with scheduling and policy compliance. This hourly position offers benefits including health and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide world famous friendly customer service to customers, team members and outside vendors.
• Take inventory and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Receive product and maintain accurate inventories.
• Meat cutting and wrapping duties as needed.
• Stock the meat counter and keep cooler/freezer organized.
• Coach department team members for performance and assist with scheduling.
• Complete weekly computer-paperwork and comply with company policies.

Salary Range: $21.90 - $27.40 Hourly

Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Meat Cutting, Processing, Wrapping, Pricing, Merchandising, Cleaning, Sanitation, Stocking Deli, Receiving Product, Tracking Invoicing, Maintaining Accurate Inventories, Assist with Department Hiring, Team Member Coaching/Accountability/Evaluations.

Essential Job Functions:
