Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Able to operate power and various job tools (automatic wrapper, slicer, grinder, power saw, and jack).
• Must work safely with cleaning solutions.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle stressful situations calmly and positively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display merchandise in a neat, efficient, orderly manner.
• Check product quality; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers clean and well organized.
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in designated areas and clean floors.
• Load trucks, sort, and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Provide good customer and associate relations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies and procedures.
• Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Wait on customers and assist them in finding products.
• Follow all laws and company rules in meat operations.
• Maintain a professional, courteous work environment.
