You’ll stock displays, rotate products, ensure pricing and labeling accuracy, and support the department’s goal of high food safety and sanitation standards.

The role involves smiling to help customers, maintaining freshness, and promoting sales through suggestive selling and marinated products.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or grocery environments.
• Ability to learn product codes and uses.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Team-oriented, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and assist customers with extraordinary service.

• Achieve and maintain company standards for merchandising, presentation, signage, inventory, and price integrity.
• Fill customer orders accurately, package, weigh, and label products with honesty and care.

• Promote sales through suggestive selling and preparation of marinated meats and vegetables.
• Maintains cases, counters, and displays clean, organized, and presentable.
• Ensure compliance with state and company weights, measures, and labeling laws.
• Monitor case temperatures and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with sanitation processes, cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Work safely, using protective equipment, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Treat coworkers and customers respectfully; follow company policies and dress codes.
• Do not operate equipment without proper training or authorization.
• Support teamwork by assisting coworkers and communicating with management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
