Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, break down loads and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price and label products.
• Stock cases and prepare valued-added products.
• Provide exemplary customer service and product knowledge.
• Train team members and manage department in the meat manager's absence.
• Process cuts for service counter or special orders.
