Tony's Fresh Market, LLC is seeking a Meat Clerk to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional meat department environment in Illinois. You will handle wrapping, pricing, stocking, and assisting customers while operating department equipment and maintaining cleanliness.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cool/cold environment, with hours from 7am to 10pm daily; starting pay is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bending and twisting while handling products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers when applicable.
• Stock, wrap, and price items efficiently.
• Handle various raw meat products to wrap, price, and stock into display cases.
• Operate meat department equipment such as auto wrapper, scale, slicer.
• Lift and load product weighing up to 50lbs.
• Sweep, clean up, and sanitize work stations as assigned by Meat Staff leader.
• Clean display cases and fill supplies when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
