Job summary

Kroger Co. Grand Blanc, MI is hiring for general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department with strong customer service. You will greet customers, stock merchandise, monitor temperatures, and ensure product freshness, safety, and proper display.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies and health standards. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is encouraged; prior grocery retail and customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers promptly and cheerfully; greet and assist with quality food.

• Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods per standards.
• Perform required temperature monitoring and ensure safety.
• Monitor product quality; ensure freshness and food safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms and coolers clean and organized.
• Keep floors clean, safe and free from clutter.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, rotation, freshness and proper space for merchandise.
• Operate cash register per company procedures.
