Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful experience as a meat associate or previous meat cutting experience.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Develop product knowledge in meat department including cooking procedures.
• Make price changes and maintain price books and scales as directed.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in training of other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication in the department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed equipment repairs.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
