Meijer Great Lakes is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver friendly customer service and support a fast-paced grocery environment. You will help customers with product knowledge, maintain attractive displays, stock and rotate items, and use store technology to complete tasks accurately.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods, across Fresh departments to create a smooth store experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You’ll:

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays

• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
