Responsibilities

• Keep meat department cases stocked and appealing; greet customers and answer questions about products.
• Set up displays and ensure fresh, correctly priced products; handle spoilage per procedures.
• May grind and cut certain meats and poultry.
• Weigh and wrap merchandise; apply price/weight stickers; maintain logs for freshness.
• Assist with receiving, unloading deliveries; training provided.
• Maintain sanitation; follow PPE and safety guidelines.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Minimize shrink and report shortages/overages.
