Kroger Co. in Ohio is looking for team members to perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department while delivering excellent customer service.

You will greet customers, assist with food preparation and displays, monitor temperatures, and maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the department. Successful candidates will have previous grocery or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

• Experience in grocery retail and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully. Greet customers and provide quality food.

• Make clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods in accordance with company standards, recipes, and policies.
• Perform required temperature monitoring.
• Monitor product quality; ensure freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Keep floors clean and safe from clutter.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely per policies.
• Adhere to company policies and laws.
• Operate cash register per procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
• Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
