Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and greet with quality service.

• Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods per standards.
• Perform temperature monitoring as required.
• Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Keep floors clean, safe, and free of clutter.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, rotation, freshness, quantity, and space for merchandise.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely per policies.
• Follow company policies, and comply with laws.
• Operate cash register per procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Respect customer and business information with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed to resolve issues.
