• Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and the operation and maintenance of equipment; prepares meat products to standards.
• Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and empower decisions related to production and training.
• Maintains work area according to policies and procedures; ensures quality, proper packaging and labeling of meat products; assists members with purchasing decisions.
• Advocates for the department and delivers high-quality service, communicates progress, and adapts to change.
