Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Orlando is seeking a Meat Team Member to support the department with cutting, packaging, and display of meat products while delivering a high level of service to members. You will balance quality, safety, and efficiency to help shoppers find the freshest items and the best value.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Position requires completion of all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and stays flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and meat preparation to standard.

• Be an Owner: Maintains operations area to company policies and ensures quality and date control for meat products.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club, delivering high-quality service and products with energy and passion.

• Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; coordinating with managers and customers; meeting deadlines; and learning from feedback.
