• Demonstrates knowledge of product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management and proper handling and wrapping of meat products.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members and assists them with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready meat area.
• Ensures products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored according to policies.
