• Demonstrates meat knowledge, safety standards, inventory, and prep per standards.
• Uses handheld tech to drive sales and make quick decisions; adapts to new tools.
• Maintain work area to company standards; ensure quality, packaging, labeling, and waste control.
• Advocate for the meat department and model high-quality service.
• Complies with policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy.
• Completes tasks by using policies and data; coordinates with managers, coworkers and customers.
