Responsibilities

• Comply with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines after training.
• Treat coworkers with fairness, dignity and respect.
• Develop product knowledge in meat department including cooking procedures.
• Make price changes and maintain price books and scales.
• Assist in training other associates as Level 2 trainer.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper sanitation standards.
• Observe safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
