Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets in the Inland Pacific Northwest is seeking a skilled meat cutter who is detail-oriented, hardworking, and enjoys interacting with customers. You’ll learn knife cutting skills, operate power tools, and work with a positive team to deliver the best experience.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years or older.
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

Greet and speak to customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats for sale.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Ensure displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
Weigh, package, label, price, and display products.
Perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation controls.
Unload deliveries or order pickups.
Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
