Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Meat Department Team Member who provides outstanding customer service, assists customers with cuts and preparation, and keeps the meat counter stocked with fresh products.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn meat cuts, labeling, and packaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible service to our customers
• Keep our shelves and service counter stocked with fresh products
• Take orders and prepare items for display by cutting, packaging, and labeling products
• May unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
