Responsibilities

• Monitor food distribution and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain coolers, displays, and cases by keeping them stocked.
• Observe shift hours as assigned by meat manager or store manager.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service to customers.
• Maintain good communication with the meat manager.
• Assist in inventory and record-keeping for meat purchases.
• Ensure proper temperatures in meat coolers and cases.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain the meat department.
