We value reliable, team-oriented individuals who can follow safety procedures, read invoices, and maintain proper rotation and sanitation. High school education is acceptable; Meat Cutter Certification is preferred and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred but not required.
• Meat Cutter Certification assessment during the hiring process.
• California Food Handler Certificate preferred
• Forklift Certification Preferred however not Required

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and dress code.
• Prepare, wrap, label and verify meat products.
• Rotate and display products while tracking freshness and quality.
• Record invoices accurately and assist in receiving deliveries.
• Follow safety policies and maintain sanitation standards.
