Job summary

You will greet customers, assist with cuts and packaging, and maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, price products, and stock cases with proper rotation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area in line with safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensure compliance with weights, measures and labeling laws.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Cut, tray, and package meat and seafood for the day.
• Follow safety practices with knives and glove use.
• Participate in pre-inventory preparation.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
