Job summary

The GIANT Company in Lebanon, PA is seeking a meat department team member to help with receiving deliveries, stocking cases, pricing, labeling, and rotating products while maintaining safety and quality.

You will provide exemplary customer service, apply product knowledge, and support service counters or special orders. Candidates should be able to work in a cold environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, understand, and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Meets ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Able to operate or learn to use the equipment and tools used in the job.
• Capable of working in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label.
• Stock cases and select product.
• Prepare valued-added products.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Responsible for sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Process cuts for service counter or special orders.
• Set service case.
