Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Apprentice Meat Cutter at our Holly Springs, NC store to efficiently cut and process meat, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers. You’ll support the Meat Department and report to the Market Manager, ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and customer service, with opportunities to contribute to store goals while gaining hands-on experience in meat processing and operations.

Qualifications

• Associates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
