Qualifications

• Willingness to learn meat cutting through on‑the‑job training and mentorship.
• Reliable, hardworking, with a commitment to learning and contributing to the team.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling practices for raw meat.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with the ability to assist customers and answer product questions.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs., standing long hours, and working in refrigerated environments.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Willingness to partner with teammates and support a positive store culture.
• Familiarity with meat department tools and equipment, or willingness to learn.
