Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team. If you like precision and don’t mind frigid temperatures, this role is for you.

You will cut fresh steaks by hand, read prep sheets, and ensure adherence to our specs while maintaining a clean, organized meat room. You will track product yield, set up meat displays, operate and maintain equipment, and contribute to a safe, sanitary kitchen.
