Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Meat Cutter. You will cut fresh steaks by hand, read prep sheets, and follow company specs to ensure high quality yields. You’ll help set up displays, track product yield, and maintain equipment in a clean meat room.

• Cutting fresh steaks by hand

• Setting up a meat display case
• Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment
• Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
