Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Meat Cutter to join our team in Gainesville, GA. If you enjoy precision, are detail-oriented, and don’t mind cold environments, this role fits the Roadie ethos of dedicated craft and service.

Qualifications

• Must value precision and accuracy in cutting meat.
• Detail-oriented and careful with measurements and portions.

Responsibilities

• Cut fresh steaks by hand as part of daily operations.
• Read prep sheets to ensure correct portions and cuts.
• Follow Texas Roadhouse specifications for product quality.
• Track product yield and wastage to optimize usage.
• Set up and maintain a meat display case.
• Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Keep the meat room walk-in clean and organized.
• Follow storage and rotation procedures to preserve freshness.
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices.
• Exhibit teamwork with colleagues.
