Job summary

Chedraui USA is looking for a Meat Clerk to join our El Super Store Operations Team in Arleta, California. The Meat Clerk provides friendly customer service, assists in preparing and displaying meat products, and must adhere to food safety standards.

Suitable candidates should be able to lift heavy items and have basic communication skills. A Food Handler Card is required for this position. We aim for an exceptional shopping experience and value the contributions of our team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product labels.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Clean shelves and displays, rotate meat wrap displays.
• Assist customers with special orders and coordinate with the Meat Cutter.
