Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking team members for the meat department. You will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, while assisting Members and answering questions to suggest products. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and support club policy compliance.

This role emphasizes teamwork, fast and friendly service, and adherence to Gold Club standards. Prior meat/deli experience and 18+ age are preferred for this position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in meat/deli department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats.
• Assists in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses.
• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the meat department.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
