Qualifications

• Experience with meat cutting/knife handling is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Package and label meat products accurately according to weight, pricing, and guidelines.
• Assist guests with product selection, cuts, and cooking recommendations.
• Stock, rotate, and face products using FIFO to maintain freshness and presentation.
• Monitor dates, storage conditions, and temperature logs to maintain quality.
• Maintain clean, organized service cases and displays.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Operate scales, wrappers, scanners, and basic cutting tools safely.
• Develop knowledge of meat products, pricing, and promotions to drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged items to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment on floor and backroom.
