As a Meat Department Associate, you are a key player in maintaining the quality and freshness of our store's most popular cuts. We are looking for a professional, punctual, and service-oriented individual to support our butchers and management team. Whether you are assisting a customer with a custom order or ensuring our displays are perfectly stocked, your work ensures our community gets the very best for their dinner table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Logistics: Unload fresh, cured, and boxed meats from delivery trucks using hand trucks.
• Quality Control: Maintain peak freshness by examining and rotating stock in storage to avoid aging.
• Merchandising: Keep refrigerated and frozen meat cases fully stocked and visually appealing for our guests.
• Guest Interaction: Greet every customer with a smile, take custom meat orders, and provide helpful, professional service.
• Sanitation & Safety: Use high-pressure hoses and brooms to keep grinders, containers, and storage rooms spotless and safe.
• Technical Precision: Safely operate specialized equipment, including meat slicers, heated wrapping stations, and cutlery.
