Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fresh departments. You’ll use product knowledge to assist shoppers, keep displays inviting, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a clean, organized store environment.

This role emphasizes a friendly customer-first mindset, physical stamina, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced retail setting, with opportunities for growth and development within the Meijer family.

What You'll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You'll:

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization.

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.

$15.25 - $16.98
