MEAT/CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills that engage our customers and associates.
  • Able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information professionally, and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Personal initiative and follow-through to completion.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and carefully operate all production equipment.

  • Experience in grocery retail and customer service.

  • Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods according to standards, recipes, and policies.
  • Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
  • Keep floors clean and free of clutter.
  • Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies and health regulations.
  • Maintain proper signage, product rotation, and merchandise presentation.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained and safe.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Operate cash register as per procedures.
  • Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
  • Manage conflicts reasonably and cooperatively.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
  • Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $16.20 - $21.27
