Cardenas Markets LLC is seeking a Meat Clerk to join our store team in California. The Meat Clerk is responsible for washing, inspecting, and rotating all meat products, along with ensuring displays are stocked with new merchandise and ensuring expirations are up to date.

The Meat Clerk must possess strong teamwork and customer service skills. The essential duties include verifying prices, stocking displays, ordering inventory, and maintaining a neat department while upholding sanitation

Qualificações

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Prior food preparer experience at a grocery store preferred.
• Must be friendly and people oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Order and inventory required meats, seafood, and poultry.

Physical Demands And Work Conditions

• STANDING: Continuously, throughout the shift.
