Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an attentive team member for the Meat department to perform general clean-up, stock work, and customer service. You will greet customers, monitor product quality and temperatures, and keep areas clean and organized while upholding our core values of respect, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, unloading merchandise, displaying foods per recipes and standards, and operating the cash register as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully. Greet customers and provide them with good quality food.

• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils in accordance with company and Health Department policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
