Qualifications

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production-driven with the ability to work on repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work the hours required to meet objectives, with occasional extra time.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Exposure to extreme conditions, hot or cold.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Meat Department sourcing and tips.
• Write orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks (scanning, shrink, order writing, production, cutting, stocking, merchandising).
• Comply with all safety standards.
• Attend corporate meetings and training classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
