Responsibilities

• Collect dishes and clean tables after service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
• Stock food, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow food-safety and infection-control procedures.
• Communicate resident requests to the appropriate team.
• Work with cooks and dietary team to keep service running smoothly.
