Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, with training to earn your RBT certification.

Services are delivered in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate closely with our clinical team. Paid training is provided to help you earn certification; this is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
