Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with autistic children, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills through play and ABA-based activities.

You will be trained and supported; no prior experience required. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, with hours from 2:00pm to 8:00pm and pay between $21 and $25 per hour based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience are essential to connect with children on the autism spectrum.
• Reliable, calm presence helps support individualized education plans.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ABA-based activities in a pediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum to build real-life skills.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach talking, playing, and decision making.
• Support and celebrate small breakthroughs and moments of connection.
