Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. is seeking a caring Meals Site Manager to oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites for the Meals on Wheels program, delivering nutritious meals to our consumers. Work with us and feel good about the daily contribution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Business experience preferable
• Food service experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Council on Aging Director (and Housing Authority personnel when appropriate) to assign and direct the work of volunteer staff and home delivered meals drivers
• Collaborating with COA Director and Housing Authority personnel to promote a congenial and harmonious meal site
• Delivering meals on occasion as necessary
• Ensuring that all health, sanitation, and safety regulations are met
• Providing accurate and timely reports as prescribed
• Receiving and accounting for donations according to OCES procedure
• Other duties as assigned
