Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker in Louisville, KY to support meal preparation and daily reporting. You will help maintain cash receipts and meal records, ensure quality and sanitation, and assist the manager with daily tasks to meet service standards.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following safety regulations, stocking and organizing the workspace, and upholding Aramark's service commitments for customers and colleagues.

Formación

• Cash handling and basic customer service tasks may be required.
• Food safety, sanitation, and adherence to kitchen procedures.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Maintain daily transaction and meal records; prepare daily reports.
• Ensure safe storage and sanitation of food items and equipment.
• Serve meals according to schedules and department procedures.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of refrigerators, steam tables, and kitchen areas.
• Follow all food safety regulations and uniform policies.
