Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with meal preparation and maintain accurate cash receipts and meal records. You will help complete daily reports and uphold high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety.

The role involves preparing quality food and baked goods, managing storage, serving according to schedules, and assisting with major cleaning duties while following all safety regulations. A flexible, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions
• Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to planned menu
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation and storage
• Follow uniform policy
• Coordinate with Manager to prepare daily menu
