Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to support mission-critical efforts in both unclassified and classified environments. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining system integrations, collaborating with software developers and DevOps teams. Candidates must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree with at least 14 years of experience. This position offers potential telework and benefits like 3 weeks PTO and a company-sponsored medical plan.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience in application migration into cloud environments.
• 14 years' experience in relevant field.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS and Azure) preferred.
• Strong data transformation and data flow management using NiFi.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• May consider telework 1-2 days/week or part-time (min 32 hours/week).

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations across multiple platforms, applications, and services
• Integrate software components, APIs, and services within complex distributed systems
• Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure reliable system delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance problems, and system conflicts
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and system administrators to ensure successful deployment and integration
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, system architecture diagrams, and interface specifications
• Conduct system testing, validation, and verification to ensure integrated systems meet mission requirements
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with container technologies (Docker, K8S)
• Potential telework 1-2 days/week
• May consider part-time (min 32 hours/week)
