Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal law.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and coordinate with care teams.
• Support quality care and resident dignity through compliant assessments.
