Battlefield Park Healthcare Center in Petersburg, VA is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator / RAC to lead the MDS/RAI process for our resident population. You’ll ensure timely assessments, coordinate case mix data, and work with care teams to support reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

Provides Medicare, Medicaid (case mix), and managed care oversight to ensure appropriate clinical services are provided and appropriate reimbursement is received for each resident. This includes ensuring that the centers are in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as the CommuniCare Family of Companies’ guidelines and policies and procedures.
