Job summary

Monroe Springs Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a qualified MDS Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the interdisciplinary team in all aspects of MDS. This full-time day position offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, plus generous PTO.

You will develop and finalize resident assessments and care plans in compliance with state and federal requirements, with preference for at least 2 years in long-term care.
