Steuben Health & Rehab Center in Steubenville, OH seeks compassionate nurses to join our skilled facility team. The role centers on completing the RAI process in accordance with state and federal requirements while delivering high-quality resident care.

Applicants must hold an active RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification, with solid computer skills and experience navigating electronic health record software.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of practice.
• Must have an active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and ensure timely data entry in the EHR.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize resident care plans and transitions.

Position Summary:
