Job summary

North Shore Healthcare in Wisconsin seeks an experienced MDS Director to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate assessments and regulatory compliance across Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payer requirements. This role collaborates with nursing leadership, therapy, and administration to reflect residents' clinical conditions while supporting reimbursement accuracy.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• 2+ years MDS experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Role Overview
