Qualifications

• RN licensure with current Missouri registration.
• MDS Coordinator experience or related experience in healthcare setting.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Conduct MDS assessments and develop care plans in accordance with current regulations and standards.
• Assist with implementing and evaluating resident care programs and services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in handling resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or other administrative staff.
